Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Due to the nature of the products we sell we are not able to accept returns on any items which are open or passed their use by date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All our shipping is handled by our courier of choice Hermes, along with Royal Mail and is calcuated at checkout based upon the weight of your order. For more information, please get in touch.
All orders are packed conforming to government guidelines. Local deliveries will be handled with absolute care, and keeping to social distancing guidelines. We will place your order in front of your door, knock on the door, and then step 2 metres back.
Royal Mail and Hermes both operate their own social distancing and sanitisation measures, keeping within the strict government guidelines.
If you wish to have your order delivered by a Choccyshop colleague, please select the local delivery option in the checkout. This is only available for Eastbourne and the surrounding area, which includes:
- Hampden Park
- Pevensey Bay and Westham
Please note that if you do select the local delivery option, and are not local to the above localities, we will need to use a courier or Royal Mail to deliver the item to you and subsequently, we will need to ask for a little extra to help towards the shipping costs in this eventuality.
